Who we are

This website is run by Iris Media: Iris Media for Media Production and Iris Media for Services and Technology (Free Zone), 1103 Corniche El Nil, Garden City, Cairo, Egypt. For anything about your information, write to info@iris-media.tv.

What this site collects

Nothing about you, unless you send us a message. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking.

To stop the opening animation replaying on every visit, the site keeps a small note in your browser's session storage. It holds no personal information and is deleted when you close the tab.

When you send the contact form

The form sends your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message to our inbox, through the website host and our own email provider. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows from it.

Services that help run the site

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. It also passes contact form messages on to our email.
• MXroute hosts our email, so it carries and stores the messages you send us.

These providers may process data outside Egypt.

NDMX

The NDMX pages link to ndmx.net, which has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@iris-media.tv and we will reply by email.
